Subject: Legal Issues
Hello there!
We have a local Food not Bombs here in Fredericton, it is just re-starting and some issues have arised, security guards have been harrassing us, and telling us to leave otherwise police would be brought in for arrests. What are we legally able to do serving wise?
Our serving area before had been in front of city hall, and not too long ago we had a solidarity accross boarders march, (no food not bombs served at city hall) in which police were brought in and arrested people, claiming that we failed to dispurse, but we told them we legally had the right to peacfully assemble if we had a good right. So my concern is if we go to the same place on saturdays with the same security officer, is that we will get arrested.
Any information would be great!
Thanks
