Learn about your legal rights when in the United States.

Many Food Not Bombs volunteers are told they do not have the right to display their banners, hand out literature and post flyers but these activities are protected by the U.S. Constitution and other conventions. If the police or other authorities tell you can only share food but not information remind them about our right to free speech. Visit these sites to learn more about organizing a Food Not Bombs group and find information about skills you may need. You will find that you can do a lot more than you think.
